A: No, we have use several banks that will allow us to open Corp Bank accounts with out pull personal credit reports on the Officers.

Q: Will I have to registrar as an Out of foreign corporation if I buy a Colorado Corporation but live in another state?
A: No not as long as you only doing baking in you home state; but if you start conducting business in you home state then you will have to register as a foreign Corporation. Check with you home state for find out what their fees are.
